NO DISPLAY in my ancient MS DOS PC

Hello,
NO DISPLAY in my ancient MS DOS PC -
Intel D915 GAVL Mobo Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz
LGA 775 Processor On Board Graphics (I dunno where DVI port is - haven't tried it. Only connected to the VGA port)!) with a HP CRT monitor.

PSU, RAM OK. MOBO LED ON CPU Fan runs.

Monitor small LEDs flash during POST and then

the Monitor Power Large LED stays on.

No POST BEEPS heard.

No Display!

well if led's turn on but there is no signal its either bad hard drive or bad motherboard

Could also be a bad monitor.
