GTS 250 or HD5670?

For my mom's computer, I have 2 cards lying around, which one is better for playing Battlefield 3 at 1440x900?

AMD Propus 640 (3.0GHz)
2x 2Gb Corsair XMS3 (PC3-10600 9-9-9-24)
MSI 870-C45
Antec HCG-400
Samsung HD502HJ

I can choose between the Palit GeForce GTS250 1Gb and the Sapphire Radeon HD5670 512Mb.

The 250 gtx is better, that being said at that resolution only on low/medium settings.
