Sappire Radeon HD 7850 (Non OC version) or MSI 7850 Twin Frozr III?

Ok, I've done a lot of research between the two, and I didn't find a single plausible answer that makes me understand why either of the cards win over the other. So, I want to know which one to get. Please give me opinions, if you have one of the cards, that would be helpful. I'm getting the non OC version since the OC version costs almost a $100 extra because I'm on a tight budget. I want the following things: Good cooling, good performance, good overclocking abilities. (Noise level really doesn't matter since I'm used to it on my old computer)

    I have two twin frozer III cards and they are quiet and perform well. The cooler will allow overclocking if you're interested, and msi's afterburner software will help. So I'd recommend the msi card.

    And about the $100 extra more, you're being robbed the sapphire one is about the same price as the MSI TF see here :
