Need help with bluray drive on new system

Hi all I bought a new computer over the weekend and got it put together. The problem I'm having is I bought a blu-ray player a Pioneer BDR-2800. I was able to install windows fine but once I got into Windows my blu-ray drive only shows up as recognized in Windows if I get into the BIOS first on boot. If I don't it won't recognize my drive. I've done all the Windows updates installed the software for the drive itself, also installed all my motherboard software. The BIOS does it see it without a problem every time. It's just when I get into Windows that I have a problem. Below are the specs for the system if you guys need them. Any help would be appreciated. On another note I also swapped out the sata cable on the drive itself
