Best GPU for gaming on a $450.00 ish budget

Right now Im running a 560 ti fermi 2g and want something I can crank everything up on high.
850w psu w an i7. The card needs to be under $500.00 for sure.

Above is the HD7970 GHz Edition, most powerful desktop single GPU available at the moment.
The Sapphire Vapor-x is factory OCd and has a great cooler thats quiet and will alow a much larger OC if you wish.
