Best GPU for gaming on a $450.00 ish budget

Right now Im running a 560 ti fermi 2g and want something I can crank everything up on high.
850w psu w an i7. The card needs to be under $500.00 for sure.

    go on ebay........just got a visionteck 7970 for 340 bucks.........

    I play any game out at the moment at ULTRA settings 1900 x 1080. @ 40-80fps.

    Above is the HD7970 GHz Edition, most powerful desktop single GPU available at the moment.
    The Sapphire Vapor-x is factory OCd and has a great cooler thats quiet and will alow a much larger OC if you wish.

    A review for comparison. Note this review is BEFORE the lastest graphics updates from AMD and Nvidia, it will perform better by about 15% in most games than this review states...
