Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7970 OC 3GB & MSI GTX 670 Power Edition OC
which one of these are better ??
single screen @ 1080p

The 670 and 7970 perform basically the same at stock up to 1080p resolution, trading blows depending on the game. The 7970 will OC better and do better at high resolution (and has way more compute power), the 670 gives you CUDA , PhysX, TXAA, FXAA, ADap. Vsync etc and lower power draw. Both are solid buys around the $400

thanks for your response ,
i'm getting ASRock extreme 4 z77 - i5 3570k - 2x4 GB corsair vengeance 1600 & i'm planning to OC in the future , so the 7970 is better ??
Power supply suggestion ??
the price difference between 7970 & 7950 is about 100$ in my country ,,does it worth the difference ??

The performance/price ratio points to the 7970, keep in mind if you need 3D go with the 670 however. AMD has been putting out impressive drivers as of late I do think that their architecture has more performance headroom over Nvidia this generation.

Get the 7970 only if you are gonna upgrade ur res in the future.
The 670 performs better in games like bf3, and crysis. But you can't go wrong with either decision.

Actually this was true but now both are neck and neck in those titles, driver releases from both camps have been awesome thus far.

hahaha this is my current build !!! (with the gigabyte 7970)
I personally have the Hummer M 550W PSU and it's working excellent with that build and a 1080p 120Hz BENQ screen so I personally advise you to go with this...it's kinda cheap and good.
I know you can go for others (cheaper or more expensive) but I think that the Hummer is a solid choice
Cheers!

(PS: i was talking in response to your earlier message )
