The motherboard you have selected would work but it uses older770 and 710 chipsets

To get the latest features and improvements then a board with the 970 and 950 chipset is recommended

IMO the CM case is a much better unit than the Gamma

I could wait until the ASrock 970 is on sale since I'm in no rush.
Which one of the cases has better cable managements? The only reason I would prefer the CM case is because it's slightly cheaper and looks better. But if the Gamma one has better cable management then I'll probably get it.

I'd suggest you google reviews of those cases .

The gamma front panel is a little strange IMO . The CM works well and I have seen top end systems built using it .

Check the motherboard pricing from other suppliers . I only looked on Newegg

After seeing some reviews on the CM case, I think I'll be getting that one. They say its good for the price and its better than some of the $80-100 cases.
