Here are my specs

CPU: i5 2500k, easily overclocked to 4.7 (dont remember voltage though)
RAM: G.Skill 4x4gb DDR3 1600mhz
Mobo: Asus P8Z68-V Pro Gen3 with PCIe 3.0
PSU: Corsair AX850w
GPU: AMD HD 6950 reference flashed to 6970
Case: CoolerMaster HAF X 942 Blue edition
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Optical Drive: Regular Samsung disk drive

Original price: like 1100$
Asking price: 700-900$? i dont know im asking you guys lol

Setup runs great and is easily upgradable (psu can do SLI/CF, can use ivy bridge cpu on it, can use new pcie3 cards) , no heating issues and can still max games

Not gonna include HDD.

No hard drive means no OS. If a buyer is looking for a Windows PC, that's an addition $200 outlay. You flashed the BIOS of the graphics card which voids the warranty. If anything goes wrong, that's another $250-$300. Because of those deficiencies, I'd say around $450.

I'd maybe set the asking price at $600, but be prepared to get haggled down to probably $500 due to what Wolfshadw mentioned.
