Thanks.

Unless you plan to add a second graphics card your psu is overkill . 600 watts would be plenty

The CM Hyper 212 is a very good cooler for the price

If you want quiet then the Scythe Ninja 3000 will be inaudible at low fan settings and since its huge it will still cool better than is required

You're not going to need to SLI if you're gaming on a single monitor at 1080P. I'd drop the PSU to 400W+ and drop the motherboard to a H77 model. You won't lose any performance whatsoever and you will save like $100 or something. It means you can't SLI but it has very little benefit for a single monitor build really.

With the cash you saved, you could upgrade the CPU to a Xeon if the extra threads help with the game design. The E3-1230 V2 is basically an i7-3770 without the integrated graphics and is only $30 more than that i5.

I would think about swapping the CPU/Motherboard/PSU for these:

Saves $80 and gives better performance.

I would still do dual monitor, but it wouldn't be for gaming purposes. More like while working in Unity or VS.
