Waves across TV screen

Hi

I've started to notice that whenever rapid movement occurs on my display, like a fast car or something, waves will scroll up and down. They also vary in thickness and speed. The display is not faulty as normal antennae TV work fine with no problems, this happened with my other TV, except last time I wasn't using a HDMI cable, I was using a VGA cable. Any one got any ideas what going on here?

same happened to my, resulted to be the cable i was using, just replaced it and done.
