Hi, me and a few co workers downloaded the q3 demo and were going to play some when it gets slow. The problem is they are in a different section as me and it appears we are on different subnets. I am on x.x.4.1 they are on x.x.2.1, so they all can see each others lan games but I cannot. I have tried changing the port of the game and directly connecting to the hosts ip. What am I doing wrong?

It is likely that the router between your LAN segments blocks all UDP except for selected services like DNS. You would need help from a friendly IT network tech to help you get this set up.
