Directron help!!!

I noticed that the prices on Directron are cheaper than newegg and I was thinking about buying from them. I just want to know if they a good reliable source to buy computer parts/ computers from. Any help would be great!

Although most of the reviews seem decent, there are a few that say things like them never getting their components or getting their money back. I don't think I would take even the slightest risk of that happening. Also, their warranties seem non existent.
