budget $1500-1600, he already has windows 7 and a few other 1 tb hdd's

Hi, i am looking to build a new computer for my friend who is a pro web designer. He isn't a gamer just uses 8-10 hours a day for his web design company from home.

and he will never need 7970 in the setup

plus, 3x LED IPS 23" will be practically more useful
