Where does GND (ground) lead connect to?

I'm going to build my first pc tomorrow and i want to make sure where the GND lead connects to on the mobo, last time i looked in my current pc, i'm sure it was plugged into either number 4 or 6 on this diagram layout:

that's one of the reasons they put the booklet there. however. if you need to know what wires are negative......... look at the end that connects to the motherboard, the square end that the wires go into........ on the back of that, if you look closely, you will see a small arrow on the back. that will denote the negative wire. if you see a bunch of colored wires and then a bunch of same colored wires......... "usually" those wires ( same colored ) will always be negative.
