Suggest a PC build under Rs. 25000 (With Monitor and without OS)

I have allotted Rs. 5k to buy a led monitor.
So a total budget of Rs. 25000
I currently have Windows 7 Home Basic and 80 GB hard disk, working keyboard and mouse, speakers.

The PC that I want will be used for Autocad and Photoshop primarily, playing music, and surfing the internet.

This is the build I am planning to make

Processor: AMD 3.3 GHz AM3 Phenom II 560 ---> Rs. 4.6k

Hard Disk: Seagate Barracuda 500 GB ---> Rs. 3.5k

Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6450 1 GB DDR3 ---> Rs. 2.5k

Mother Board: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard ---> Rs. 4.5K

Cooler: Cooler Master 80 mm Green LED Fan Cooler ---> Rs. 306

RAM: Transcend DDR3-1333 DDR3 4 GB PC RAM ---> Rs. 1.3K

DVD drive: LG GH24NS71/GH24NS72 Internal Optical Drive (Black) ---> Rs. 1k

Cabinet AND Power Supply: Please Suggest.


Without the cabinet and Power supply total comes around to Rs. 17.8k
I am going to assemble it from a professional who may charge around Rs. 500


Will all this configuration work well together?
Please suggest improvement in this configuration. Also mention any component that I have missed.

You may wanna replace the gigabyte motherboard with intel 61DHA which will save ur 1500 INR
