Resetting .json from windows.old into firefox on windows 7

I JUST upgraded to Windows 7 and have been unable to import my old bookmarks into my firefox 10.0.2.
I would really rather not spend the rest of the week messing with this thing.

Firefox - Bookmarks - Show All Bookmarks
Then on the popup - Import and Backup - Restore - Choose File
