Yes, you should be able to max it out and play at about 50-60 fps.

oh yeah, I have the gtx 470 and have everything maxed out get close 40fps, once in a while it drops down 30 but it is still playable and the 670 is 2 generations faster so you should be good

What about Crysis 2 Ultra 1080p with these specs?

@1st post. I can max out on my rig except for water quality (Which I keep at high) For some reason Water Quality cripples my GPU and keep 50-70fps DX11 1920X1080

And about the 2nd system. I would say about the same. But I dont know how well Crysis 2 scales with XFire, So Im a bit unsure

How long would it need to be until I upgrade the GPU of the second system?

And is the second system good value for money as I am getting it for ~£600($970) secondhand?
