First off let me start off by saying I AM EXTREMELY CHEAP!!..lol
Saying that, I was wondering if i could get another psu just for my other gpu I am planning on buying soon
I am running my graphics cards along with everything else in my system with a 550 watt 12v psu right now...

The psu only has 2 pcie power cords for my graphics card and not enough power to run another gpu with my old 1 in crossfire...

So if I buy a cheap,Really cheap, 400w psu with the 2 pci cords JUST FOR MY OTHER GRAPHICS CARD and nothing else
will everything run smooth???

It would work, but its risky. You would need to bridge the other PSU with a wire(this could short out easily...

Also where would you mount this PSU?

What are your full system specs??? If you are so cheap then I doubt you have a motherboard capable of running SLI decently...
