Upgrading RAM and Graphic Card for lenovo laptop ?

Hello,
I have a lenovo ideapad z360. I am thinking of upgrading its RAM and Graphic Card for a better gaming experience. I was just wondering if it is possible for me to do that.
The current specs for my laptop is :
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M480 @ 2.67GHz (4 CPUs)
Memory: 2048MB
Display: Intel(R) HD Graphics 762MB Memory

you could add ram, but you cant change the video as it's built in.
