what is your budget?
Will you build your own?
If this is a gaming build, get 8 gigs of ram, dont get water cooling just a hyper 212, then use the money saved for a better video card

+1 for resing34

Just get 8 GB and skip the liquid cooling. Then invest on a better video card, it will make a bigger difference for gaming.

I dont really want to build my own, it wont save me much money and its a pain.

My budget is around $900-1000

Why should I only get 8gb RAM, wont 16gb help in the future? or should I use the money to go for the 2133 MHz RAM?

How much better of a video card should I get?

8 gigs of ram is more than enough for gaming, get some 1600 MHz ram its only 40 $,
you should get a 560 TI with a good cooler.
