Have : cpu - e8400 , motherboard - GIGABYTE ep43-ud3l ,2x2gb ram, video card - 9500gt and psu 450watt .
I want to get new video card HD 7770 or GTX 650 .
Will this psu be enough for them , if yes which is better to chose
( not playing shooters )

I have a GTX 650 ti(with undervolted i5 750) on a 300 watt power supply![:)]( ":)")
. But its all depends on
A. The current the power supply can deliver at 12 volts(power supply quality)
B. The rest of the system. In my case it is mITX(SFF) so it is very low powered.
