I got some issues

This is a long story but ill try to make it simple

I play league of legends , and a week back started to get some "nvidia has stopped working and recovered" errors , like 2-3 per game(which lasts 25-40min)
I thought this error came with the league of legends patch , since the error would occure only in league of legends and not other games like darksiders/diablo3
The problem is that last 2 errors it just froze my pc and had to restart it.
after this i tried all kinds of drivers and it didn't work , i've read that it might be temperatures but i've done stress test furmark 20min 89°C , which is under 105°C with some margin and my CPU never passes 55°C in full load.
I reinstalled windows and then i tried to bumb up the video card's voltage with 0.06 but it didnt work cause with afterburner wouldn't let me and with evga precision x would say that the device is not supported.
A friend of mine said to underclock a bit my video card cause it may be not stable(got a gtx275 oc edition) , so i did that(set it to gtx275 standard settings) and it seemed that it stopped the freezeing even the nvidia crashing , at least for 4 days , after that i've recived another froze and i restarted my pc again.
I've looked into event viewer and i've got this http://i49.tinypic.com/1fxm5e.jpg , bug error 0 and i've red it's because 4 factors (Overclocking , Check the memory , Power supply , Overheating) ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504#method3 )

So the problem comes here i bought my system when i5 750 bearly came out and RAM was i think 1.9v common at that time and I've bought 1.65v cause these were the only ones designed for new socket (Also in bios the voltage is with pink , could this be the real issue?) .

My system spec:

-CPU i5 750 http://ark.intel.com/products/42915/Intel-Core-i5-750-Processor-8M-Cache-2_66-GHz (had it for a while with power saving mode and turbo off and RAM cl9 , when errors started i had it on 133mhz multiplier x20 , now i have it on default with turbo boost on , 133mhz with x21 )

-PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139003 i dont think it's the psu cause it last me 2 years now and it didnt fail me at all

-MOTHERBOARD http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1156/P7P55D_PRO/

Compact system spec.

i5 750
EVGA gtx275 OC edition
Kingston HyperX T1 4GB (2x2GB) Memory Kit 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL8 240-pin DIMM with Intel XMP Support (I dont know if it's the same RAM but it has similar specs)
500 gb Western Digital 7200 RMP
Windows 7 x64bit SP1

I dont know what to do here , i've tried again some stressing with prime95 and furmark both up and running , and for 10 seconds after 10 min it froze again and my caps lock light on keyboard wasn't working , but it recovered without any message , just unfroze

P.S. I know this is a long thread and hard to read cause my english is not that good , but please help me cause i'm in a desperate situation. Also i am not that good at these things , i have a general ideea about bios settings but i'm not expert in anything , and i bearly know how to set my RAM memory , i dont really know in bios which is CL, tRCD , tRP etc.

More about issues
  1. It sounds like it could be a harddrive issue. Scan your harddrive for bad sectors/surface scan.
  2. I've check for errors/bad sectors but it didn't found any bads on it
also i have a secondary HDD and it has a problem , sometimes when i try to acces information is freezes for 2-3 seconds and i hear a restart noise from the case but i dont know how any of that could be related to the windows/league of legends when all i have on it is raw data like movies, iso and rars
  3. *restart noise of the harddisk not the hole pc
  4. now i a 15 sec freeze and a blue screen "A clock interrupt was not received by a secondary processor"
