New PC Crashes + Fails To Boot

I have had my new PC for under a month, as I built it after Christmas.
I have a 3770k i7
GeForce GTX 670 O/C (Pre overclocked)

So, a few days ago I had a blue screen, so I did a system restore and it worked fine, for a day.
Today, it bluecreened on me. I rebooted it, and it worked fine-until it froze and I had an awful buzzing noise in my headphones. I thought maybe it was the graphic drivers, but I can't get it to boot long enough to fix that.
Also, every crash, I must unplug my computer for a few minutes, or it will not start the CPU fan and then shut down. When it DOES boot, I check the temperature and it's steady at 42 degrees (stock cooling).

I have no idea what the issue is and my assignment is due tomorrow! I am only 16 and am very new to PC builds.

I've Tried:
Unplugging the fan
Removing the motherboard battery, then reinserting it

Any ideas? I can't figure this out!

System restore does nothing when I get it to turn on.
The screen just freezes, and then it won't boot properly for 10 minutes.
