Graphics Card question

Hello, i'm looking to get some incite on what a relatively cheap ($50-$100) but good gaming graphics card would be to get for each of these PSUs (Same design, just different Watts).

(My idea of a "good" graphics card is to be able to run games like Diablo 3 on ultra graphics with no lag). Thanks in advance to any help/incite that can be provided.

- Suggestions for better PSUs around the same price range of the above two are also greatly appreciated.

those psu are nice, and here are some nice cards for around $100":

i wouldnt recomend anything less than those cards so you can play decently on high settings on games like diablo 3. hope it helps.
