Increasing CPU frequency without increasing voltage, temps?

Hello.

I've been wondering if overclocking a CPU as much as possible while remaining stable at the stock voltage will increase the temperatures of the CPU. As far as I know the main reason for heat increase when overclocking is the increase of the CPU voltage.

Anyone know the answer?

yes the temps will increase....just because you dont raise the voltage doesnt mean the temps dont increase...but increasing the voltage will have a greater affect on temps then just a mhz increase
