captaincharisma Glorious Oct 13, 2004 10,963 76 45,290 Mar 8, 2012 #3 if you are getting hard drive failiure then it is a problem with your hard drive not windows 7. best thing to do is remove the hard drive and reinstall it. also when powered up does the hard drive make any clicking noises?
