Don't listen to anything that guy said besides psu, some people have said bad things about coolermaster. That motherboard is fine. Definitely don't get that cpu, it's a server processor, and I doubt it will outperform the 3570k. You don't need a cooler unless you want one. the benefit is better overclocking, which I assume you will do, and they are generally more quiet than stock fans. If you are only going to do small oc, like under .2-.3 ghz, the stock one will be more than enough.
