[Need Advice]Which build are better for Gaming Computer

Hi everyone , can you guys give me your opinion about which build are better ?
What i want to do with my comp is - Use for long hours,
playing dota 2 (long hours like 8-10 hours per day),
streaming dota2 in 720p

Option B is the best IMO, if only for the 670. Though why no HDD?
