Is this a good gaming PC build?

I'm looking to play games such as Black Ops 2, skyrim, and other top titles. I'm still debating whether I should stick with my radeon 7870 or go with a price equivalent nvidia card. The water cooling is a free upgrade. Also, is my power supply sufficient? Thanks.

Thats good. But getting Water Cooling is a hassle.

Get a Noctua NH-D14 or Deepcool Assasin
