Need to replace broken component (Crystal?) on XFX GeForce GT 430

Hello,
During installation I (and it is completely my fault) broke off a component on my XFX GeForce GT 430. I have replaced the card, but would like to try replacing the component, so I could use the card in another computer.

The part is labelled CA45, and its can has 82 820 2.5Z written on it.

I assume it is a crystal, but I don't know where to buy another. If I can get one, I do know my way around a soldering iron.
