Can't install windows with my Gigabyte z77z ud3h

hello
please forgive my bad English since im not an american
i built a new pc which have z77x ud3h and intel 3750K
right now im running windows 8 and for some reasons i need to install windows 7
my problem is when i booted up the windows 7 installation it can't recognize any keyboard or mouse
i tried all of usb in front and rare panel
and windows 7 instillation can't recognize any mouse or keyboard
my mobo setup is the default optimized setup
all usb's are working fine with windows 8 through installation or even after installation

it is tough to experience that problem...
usually not working usb can be caused by disabled USB 2.0 in bios
but you said that it is already default bios setup

claim warranty/RMA your motherboard is always be the last but helpful solution

i think i will do this but its so hard to untying the build
but it will be my last option

enter bios and reset everything to default settings
