So I currently have an AMD Radeon hd 7450. I can play most new games on low graphics and get around-ish 25-30 fps. Im looking through the different graphics cards and im having trouble figuring out which one will give me the best bang for my buck. Im looking for something that will be able to play any recent games on medium-high and get at least 60 fps, if not better. prefferably my price range is $65-$150 but im willing to go up to $200.

Computer specs: AMD Radeon hd 7450 graphics card,
Amd Fx(tm)-6100 six-core proccessor,
10 GB of ram,
computer modle is: h8-1214

the games im looking to be able to runat atleast 60 fps are: Natural selection 2, Chivalry, Forge, Hitman Absolution (although it runs reasonably well), Plannetside 2 (on even low graphics id be happy), skyrim(also runs okay-ish),FarCry 3, as well as various other tittles.

thanks in advance for the help for the help

well your psu (power supply unit) tops at 300w so in a combination of all the wattage that your pc needs it has to be 300 or less, otherwise it wont work, those cards i linked are some very good ones and they requiere at least 400w power supply, the amd ones requiere at least 500w, thats according to the manufacturer's website, i heard of people saying that the 7870 can run on a 380w psu but i dont think it will be safe to try it on a 300w one, so without upgrading your psu i guess the 7750 would be your best chance:

So i got and installed both a radeon 7770 xfx and a 700w psu, problem is that when i was pluging in the psu one of the female plugs was only a 4 pin and the plug thats supposed to go there is an 8 pin. some people are saying you can just use 1/2 others said that wouldnt work. On the assumption that if it didnt work i can just fix it later i plugged 1/2 of it in. when i hoohked up my monitor though it said no signal.

im wondering weather its because of my psu, or my graphics card and how to check
thanks

About PSU.. Amd is overacting about requirements many times! Some low end card can work with 300W psu, even that requirements are 400w. But i wouldn't recomend someone to try 7870 on 300w psu :D
