Low Watt Video Card

Hello, I'm looking to upgrade from Integrated graphics in my All-In-One computer. The power supply is only 135 watt and I dont think I can go any higher. What is the best card for me to upgrade to?

What model of all in one do you have? Many use laptop type parts and the video is not upgradable.
