New motherboard not working

Hey recently I found my computer wouldn't turn on. I thought it was sleep mode but when I looked a Sata connector has gone loose. So if i pressed it down it would turn on. So I went and got s new board and when I hocked everything up it turned on but no signal. The keyboard and mode didnt have power
Idk what I did wrong any help?

Everything else turned on...hard drives spin but hdd light is off so it dosnt boot
