1k budget

Hi! I am going to be building my new gaming/video editing PC. I have 1k to spend including shipping, so its more like $990 to spend. There are some things that I am partial to. I am using an AMD FX-6300, I am using Windows 7, I am using a Microsoft Sidewinder x4, I want to use ATI Graphics, and I realllly want to use a Zalman z11 case. If you are going to recommend a build, please only use Newegg or MicroCenter. and PLEASE INCLUDE COST OF WINDOWS 7 AND KEYBOARD! Thank you!!!

P.S. I will probably be running duel monitors
