Need help with budget PC

Right now im rocking an old system- specs are (celeron 345 ,1.5gb of ddr2 and a gt 610) All i really play is F2P like League of Legends. i can run it at around 30fps at all highest @1440x 900. i can also run ME2 no prob at 30 fps@1440x900 i plan on buying a Sandy bridge celeron g530. new Mobo(h61 to upgrade later) and 4gb of ddr3. and same GPU. with my newer pc would i run games faster like SWTOR?? i know the gpu is weak but i got it for $20 and its 2gb ddr3. the CPU is also weak but its better than my current CPU and its also sandy bridge.and for the ram well its 4gb ddr3. how would i run games with my future setup all i want is to run F2P. how would it do in swtor and gothom city imposter? pleas help out . PS. if you know any F2P i could run on low med high pleas do tell

should run most free MMOs at that resolution just fine

I'd suggest a stronger video card, but at 1440x900, what you have will work fine

my budget is around $130 us. my plan is to just buy a new mobo CPU and ram. im keeping my current case and psu.ill start with the celeron and later buy a Pentium or a i3, and upgrade my Gpu to a hd 7750 but for now ill do with my current plan. if i lower the res to 1280x720 should it do better?
