PC Upgrade options, Need some advice please.

Hi, So I want to upgrade my pc.

Currently I'm running this set up:

CPU - Intel i5 750 @ 2.67ghz
MoBo - Gigabyte H55M-UD2H
Memory - 8gb Corsair DDR3 Ram
GPU - EVGA GTX 660 SC 2gb (non ti)
PSU - OCZ 750watt
SSD - OCZ Vertex 60gb
HDD - 2TB Seagate Barracuda
Cooling - Corsair H60

I'm planning on upgrading my Mobo, CPU, Memory, cooling and possibly my GPU. This is what I'm think of upgrading to.

CPU - Intel i5 3570K overclocked to 4.4ghz
MoBo - Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H or Asus P8Z77-V
Memory - 8gb Corsair Vengeance LP 1600mhz or
8gb Corsair Dominator Platinum 1600mhz
Cooling - Corsair H100


Firstly would it be worth upgrading from my GTX 660 to a GTX 670/680 or just get another GTX 660 and run SLI?
And secondly will my PSU be enough to run everything?
