Hi, So I want to upgrade my pc.

Currently I'm running this set up:

CPU - Intel i5 750 @ 2.67ghz
MoBo - Gigabyte H55M-UD2H
Memory - 8gb Corsair DDR3 Ram
GPU - EVGA GTX 660 SC 2gb (non ti)
PSU - OCZ 750watt
SSD - OCZ Vertex 60gb
HDD - 2TB Seagate Barracuda
Cooling - Corsair H60

I'm planning on upgrading my Mobo, CPU, Memory, cooling and possibly my GPU. This is what I'm think of upgrading to.

CPU - Intel i5 3570K overclocked to 4.4ghz
MoBo - Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H or Asus P8Z77-V
Memory - 8gb Corsair Vengeance LP 1600mhz or
8gb Corsair Dominator Platinum 1600mhz
Cooling - Corsair H100

Firstly would it be worth upgrading from my GTX 660 to a GTX 670/680 or just get another GTX 660 and run SLI?
And secondly will my PSU be enough to run everything?

Thanks for any advice anyone could give me!

Skip the ram and GPU upgrade; frys has this special if you live near one today only: http://www.frys.com/product/7410075?site=sa:adpages page:p 10_WED date:012313. They had a similar special about $100 less after rebate the day after black friday. Also check with microcenter if you live near one for motherboard cpu combos, which can have a $50 discount on the motherboard. Your old ocz power supply should work fine except in sli mode. I haven't seen test results for the Corsair H100, but you might do just as well with a large air cooler, such as the hyper 212.
