Hi,

I'm building a new office PC because the one they are currently have in the office is insanely slow and takes a couple of years to start up. Basically I want something cheap but still fast enough for it to last at least a while. This is the products I have picked so far:

CPU: AMD A8-5600K 3.6GHZ Quad Core - Socket FM2

Motherboard: MSI AMD 760G+SB710 Chipset - Socket AM3 Motherboard

Memory: Transcend JetRam - 4GB DDR3 1333 MHz - Desktop Memory

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda - 250GB Hard Drive

OS: Microsoft Windows 8 Professional Upgrade - Single User License

I'll be using the old case, power supply and DVD player. Basically I just want to be 100% sure the CPU is compatible with the motherboard and if that version of Windows 8 can be installed on a clean hard drive. The site where I usually buy the parts only have that version of Windows 8 and it looks like an upgrade version.

Any other thoughts on my build?

Thanks!
