What are the best nvidea control panel setting for video?

i have changed my video settings from nvidea control panel ,now it is not giving me good graphics of videos,how can i change my nvidea control panel with default settings!!i want the default settings of nvidea video settings.

Your suppose to change them for different games which game are you getting bad fps in

If you have a good Card then set it to "Let the 3D Application Decide".
Or else if you are getting poor fps, optimize your settings in the games you play OR Set it to "Use the advanced 3D image settings" and optimize it according to your needs.
