Spend $1100 now for better Mobo,Processor,Ram x2, x1ssd ,x1 hdd only,but want low end cabinet,psu,gpu, for to get display.Spent another $1000(after 6~7months)for Upgrade Cabinet,psu,gpu,monitor,x1 ssd,x1 hdd,watercooler.
1: Eatx cabinet with 450w .now Max is $30 only for this . but which company to go(mercury ,iball ,zebronix etc...)
2: Eatx Mobo because easy to handle ,more space inbetween 2gpus,chipset 79 or 990 only.Asus,Gigabyte,Intel only.please iam not like asrock, msi, mercury, zebronix.
3: Processor :Intel or Amd,able to oc higher want more heat, accept stock cooler,Intel I7 or amd,not like to go I5 please.
4:Ram :Fix this Transcend axe ram 2400mhz oc able(2years limited warranty)4gb x2 =Each one 53$=106$,oc ram so mobo able to oc and handle 2400mhz.if low cost than this ram with above 2400mhz.I like suggestions.
5: x1 Ssd above 200gb only,Raid in future.
6: x1 Hdd 3tb only at very low cost, any company but want decent speed,I know 4tb is available but high cost and low speed so I am move to 3tb.
7: Gpu very low cost is enough now ,just for display only.
8: Not need monitor. already have 15.4" x2 monitors.so now u know y iam asking low end gpu.
9: Already have all softwares and games and two os (win xp pro sp3 64bit and 7ultimate 64bit)run two os in single system.(I think both os ran at same time via virtual machine in future)so processor able to handle this.
10: All suggestions wanted .
Location :India ,budget 60,000 to 65,000 rs (1000~1100 $).also want more information ,comments and reviews so pcpartspicker and all other websites links accepted . because like to spend each $ for better system.

My suggestion :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($223.79 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H55 57.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($124.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($38.50 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.98 @ Outlet PC)
Storage: A-Data Premier Pro SP900 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($104.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($44.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: XFX ProSeries 450W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($42.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $710.22
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

With an i5-3570k and asus mobo, ssd, with patriot ram has a lifetime warranty(it's proved, check the website), the intel hd 4000(on die gpu of the i5-3570k) supports two monitors, so you don't need a gpu for now.
I'm not a fan of closed loop watercooling, but if you want one, i included one, but i still think a hyper 212 evo is the best choice.
A decent solid case as you requested and a quality 450w psu.

You don't need RAM that fast and you don't need watercooling if you're not going to overclock. Most current motherboards don't have IDE ports anymore so you don't really need that LG drive.

I'd suggest something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($199.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($87.55 @ Newegg)
Memory: Mushkin Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($52.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: OCZ Vector Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB Video Card ($106.97 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 520W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($77.64 @ Newegg)
Total: $800.10
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

now Oc with stock cooler . Upgrade better cooler later. Asrock motherboard give driver problems (mobo cd drivers are only working) update windows no sound and vga drivers need restore to old drivers in safemode . So not want Asrock mobo. Iam not like I5 think to go with I7 (2011 socket) because 79 chipset is available now ( I think 77 chipset is not support future).

I am like to spend above 1000$ but y u r gays not go higher then 800$ (future system).
450w psu with cabinet Only 28$ (but want info about which company to buy).
I think 450w is enough now (slow gpu is enough now) buy games after system .
spent another $1000 after 6~7months for gpu ,cabinet ,psu ,watercooler ,2x ram ,x1 3tb hdd.
transcend give good service here (India) so suggestions for 1800mhz no oc available(lifetime warranty) or (2400mhz able to oc but 2year warranty).
not like to use ide drive (its for service old system).
want 3tb x1 hdd (seagate, wd
, or other manufacturers ).
I know 4tb is available but I think transfer rate is slower than 3tb.

Here is start. Case and power is easy part when you know what parts are you getting your system and how much is money to spend them.
Do you have a video card?

No gpu now.
thanks u r help me in ram section . x2 transcend axe ram (2400mhz oc able so future proof ) $53x1 = 106$ .
upgrade to x4 (buy another x2 after 6~7 months).
Mobo able to handle 2400mhz oc x4 and please iam Not want mid atx ,Want to move EATX Because good cooling , easy installation , and more space in between 2gpus at crossfire or sli . exchange gpu after 6months to good gpu after 6months .

Suggestions for low cost gpu (just for display) iam change my mind in gpu section (not use 2monitors same time now). high end system with low end gpu. Gameing with highest gpu after 6~7months . open an another thread after fixing mobo (1000$ for gpu ,psu for crossfire or sli , cabinet and water cooler). no comments about Amd why.

Live in India , parts name with serial no is enough because buy in many websites for low cost (pc parts picker and all other websites are wanted for see comments and reviews . yea Kingston has a good rams but not want more than 4gb ram (8gb is costly) Kingston don't have 4gb ram in 2666mhz ram (8gb is available (how much $)) if lower than $53 I am consider that.
I think u r wrong in cabinet and mobo section because I want EATX mobo (u r said is atx) eatx mobos struck in mid tower .

You don't need a 3820 for what the OP wants, and you need 4 x 2GB or 4 x 4GB for a quad channel system. 3570K or 3770K, or 3470/3770, but you don't need to waste money on the 3820.

I throw the gpu after 6 months (upgrade to 7xxx or 6xx in sli or crossfire (or 1Gpu = to crossfire or sli )) i think after 6 months 8xxx or 7xx available.
so not want to spend more But I accept 5450 Because only 2000Rs $37 (resell or exchange after 6months) lower than this also want because i want good system with resell value after 3 to 4 years.
Not want costly cabinet and psu now . 600W psu is waste for money . move to 1000~1200w coolermaster (gold certify)psu in 6months (for 2gpu configuration).

India , 60,000 to 65,000 . already have os(win7 ultimate 64bit) and all softwares and some games .
already have 2x monitors 15.4" aoc and Philips . 500gb seagate hdd 7200rpm x4, ddr 2 800mhz 2gb x4 . Intel 41 chipset mobo , core2quad .coolermaster mid case with 650w psu (all are 4and half year old)the whole components work great until December 2012 with small problems raise some times . but now 2 rams , 2hdds , mobo ,psu ,cabinet , are dead .
update bios successful but due to psu problem at the time of restart no display ,check with other psu not power on. cabinet power on and restart wires cut (1year ago fix that but now melt).
processor work but not give full speed because of highly oc and work in high temp . So time to buy new system is the solution I found . so wait 1month for get money from bank . so buy quickly to go to job . computer service is main job.

Its a gaming pc. You do NOT need lga2011 i7 cpu. Lga1155 i5 3570k will be EXACTLY the same in games. Its mostly before people who are making videos. Asrock is a fine company, i dont know where you have found there issues. anything over 1600mhz ram is USELESS in games. Most games are gpu dependant, meening you needa good gpu, not cpu to get many FPS. Dont think you need to spend 60000 to get agood pc, its a waste of money and time. You should get:

I5 3570k
MSI GTX 670
Gskill 2 sticks of 4gb ram
Atleast a 650w psu, seasonic is very reputable.

Ill come back and give you links when i get to my desktop, im on a phone.

Iam also browse in mobile via wifi . ok I accept that (lol). now give answer for this simple question ??? Iam run 2 os (xp and 7) in single system via virtual machine I5 has 4 cores 8thread ok ok each os Iam give 2 cores so now how many cores for 7 (only2). play game in 7 (2cores) without performance loss ???. I7 has 6cores 12thread ,2core for xp four for 7. run same game u said no performance difference now is correct or not .
above 1600mhz rams are waste . then y buy 1600mhz goto 800mhz (max in ddr 2) Iam said no performance difference now u accept that ??? . its a technology man definitely see performance difference . y tom said use os in ssd (high cost) for speed .

with the ram i mean that 2133 mhz ram will perform exactly the same as the cheaper 1600 mhz ram. anything over 1600 mhz voids your CPU warranty, its not needed and not worth the cost or voided warranty.

MSI is a fine company, but if you are suborn,

I found the Asrock driver CD a bit dodgy too but it was no problem after I downloaded the drivers from the internet. Would not hesitate to buy Asrock again.

With a nearly $1000 budget I would go ahead and get a decent GPU that way if you do any gaming you won't have any problems.

There are so many posts this is kind of a mess.

http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-amd-ati-gv-r7850oc-2gd... would be a nice complement to one of the above <$1000 build without a GPU.

Something is wrong with this dude ! He said he want a System for 60-67k but now he is saying that he want a Amd configuration at Rs.150k ( Really ? that is a massive price bump ! For your information you are not going to get any decent gaming rig for $1000-1100 with a decent gpu especially in india. Since prices of each component is about 10-40% higher compared to USA.

Even if they are 50% higher you can still get a decent gaming rig for that much.
