Spend $1100 now for better Mobo,Processor,Ram x2, x1ssd ,x1 hdd only,but want low end cabinet,psu,gpu, for to get display.Spent another $1000(after 6~7months)for Upgrade Cabinet,psu,gpu,monitor,x1 ssd,x1 hdd,watercooler.
1: Eatx cabinet with 450w .now Max is $30 only for this . but which company to go(mercury ,iball ,zebronix etc...)
2: Eatx Mobo because easy to handle ,more space inbetween 2gpus,chipset 79 or 990 only.Asus,Gigabyte,Intel only.please iam not like asrock,msi,mercury,zebronix.
3: Processor :Intel or Amd,able to oc higher want more heat,accept stock cooler,Intel I7 or amd,not like to go I5 please.
4:Ram :Fix this Transcend axe ram 2400mhz oc able(2years limited warranty)4gb x2 =Each one 53$=106$,oc ram so mobo able to oc and handle 2400mhz.if low cost than this ram with above 2400mhz.I like suggestions.
5: x1 Ssd above 200gb only,Raid in future.
6: x1 Hdd 3tb only at very low cost,any company but want decent speed,I know 4tb is available but high cost and low speed so I am move to 3tb.
7: Gpu very low cost is enough now ,just for display only.
8: Not need monitor. already have 15.4" x2 monitors.so now u know y iam asking low end gpu.
9: Already have all softwares and games and two os (win xp pro sp3 64bit and 7ultimate 64bit)run two os in single system.(I think both os ran at same time via virtual machine in future)so processor able to handle this.

With an i5-3570k and asus mobo, ssd, with patriot ram has a lifetime warranty(it's proved, check the website), the intel hd 4000(on die gpu of the i5-3570k) supports two monitors, so you don't need a gpu for now.
I'm not a fan of closed loop watercooling, but if you want one, i included one, but i still think a hyper 212 evo is the best choice.
A decent solid case as you requested and a quality 450w psu.

You don't need RAM that fast and you don't need watercooling if you're not going to overclock. Most current motherboards don't have IDE ports anymore so you don't really need that LG drive.

now Oc with stock cooler . Upgrade better cooler later. Asrock motherboard give driver problems (mobo cd drivers are only working) update windows no sound and vga drivers need restore to old drivers in safemode . So not want Asrock mobo. Iam not like I5 think to go with I7 (2011 socket) because 79 chipset is available now ( I think 77 chipset is not support future).

Suggestions for low cost gpu (just for display) iam change my mind in gpu section (not use 2monitors same time now). high end system with low end gpu. Live in India , parts name with serial no is enough because buy in many websites for low cost (pc parts picker and all other websites are wanted for see comments and reviews . yea Kingston has a good rams but not want more than 4gb ram (8gb is costly) Kingston don't have 4gb ram in 2666mhz ram (8gb is available (how much $)) if lower than $53 I am consider that.
I think u r wrong in cabinet and mobo section because I want EATX mobo (u r said is atx) eatx mobos struck in mid tower .

You don't need a 3820 for what the OP wants, and you need 4 x 2GB or 4 x 4GB for a quad channel system. 3570K or 3770K, or 3470/3770, but you don't need to waste money on the 3820.

I throw the gpu after 6 months (upgrade to 7xxx or 6xx in sli or crossfire (or 1Gpu = to crossfire or sli )) i think after 6 months 8xxx or 7xx available.
so not want to spend more But I accept 5450 Because only 2000Rs $37 (resell or exchange after 6months) lower than this also want because i want good system with resell value after 3 to 4 years.
Not want costly cabinet and psu now . 600W psu is waste for money . move to 1000~1200w coolermaster (gold certify)psu in 6months (for 2gpu configuration).

India , 60,000 to 65,000 . already have os(win7 ultimate 64bit) and all softwares and some games .
already have 2x monitors 15.4" aoc and Philips . 500gb seagate hdd 7200rpm x4, ddr 2 800mhz 2gb x4 . Intel 41 chipset mobo , core2quad .coolermaster mid case with 650w psu (all are 4and half year old)the whole components work great until December 2012 with small problems raise some times . but now 2 rams , 2hdds , mobo ,psu ,cabinet , are dead .
update bios successful but due to psu problem at the time of restart no display ,check with other psu not power on. cabinet power on and restart wires cut (1year ago fix that but now melt).
processor work but not give full speed because of highly oc and work in high temp . So time to buy new system is the solution I found . so wait 1month for get money from bank . so buy quickly to go to job . computer service is main job.
