Yep, you're good to go. I'd highly recommend buying an SSD, though. It'll make a BIG difference as to how fast your computer "feels."

(Oh, and don't get windows 8 unless you've tried it and LIKE it. It's still got a fair number of compatibility issues.)

definitely SSD would make a great addition

as well as upgrade the cpu cooler to at least an EVO 212 from coolermaster, it'll be worth the money. (30$only)
