Green and Pink Pixels on screen in pattern?

I just upgraded my graphics card, to a GIGABYTE 9500 GT, and I've been getting these weird green and pink pixels in the pattern of eights. This only happens on web pages, but it gets annoying. As I am typing this question, I see none, but if I head over to YouTube or Facebook, it becomes insane. Its really hard to enjoy anything. I doubt it's an overheating problem, and I know its the graphics card because I tried the same graphics card on diff. monitors. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks! :fou:  :fou:  :fou:  :fou:  :fou:

Do you remove any of the previous graphics card's drivers and have the latest NVIDIA GeForce graphics card driver installed?
