Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: Soon as I have money for it, this month

I realize there's a thread for mini itx already but those prices are a bit out of my range.

Budget Range: 600 $ + or - 100. Cheaper the better

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming. Mini Mobile Gaming PC.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Everything including mouse. (I have an old WD 500gb HDD green, I know it will be a bottleneck but I don't think a small SSD can be put in budgetwise)

Do you need to buy OS: Yes (The old WD HDD above had W7 on it at one time paired with a different mobo. If I try calling MS about how the mobo died and they can let the switch happen once I might not need the new OS).

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg or amazon, frys, microcenter < live near one>

Location: CA, USA

Parts Preferences: by brand or type: Windows 7, Whatever fits the budget, would like an i3, but if AMD has something better that is cheaper I will sway towards them.

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 most likely. It will be plugged into all sorts of different monitor resolutions so 1920x1080 is most likely going to be its default.

Additional Comments: Building this because I want to take my PC over to friends houses and to lan events without having to drag my main rig everywhere. Small but powerful machine. Running things on ultra settings and or high is not a concern of mine as long as it runs the games. I will add an SSD in the future if it can't be bought now.

And the case I already have picked out: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811345016&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

If you have another suggestion for the case pick one out along the lines of this one above ^^.

Thanks for your time.
