just showed all the programs that were already installed, the mobile
and ipaq still comes up with the same security message. so may have

did it go through the activesync installation process ok? have you
done a soft reset on the ipaq?
on my ipaq under 'remove programs' there is a 'hp h1940-2200 btfix'
entry.

on my ipaq remove programs there is no hp h1940-220 btfix, so it is
not installing it i guess.
