Help please. driver issue

hello, I have an amd radeon 6670 and an amd a8 apu, I uninstalled the driver and all amd software, once that was done i installed the latest 6xxx driver from amd's website, now my computer recognizes my apu instead of the dedicated video card and i can no longer plug the dvi cord into the card since it displays nothing, i have to use vga from the mobo, how would i revert this back and get the system to recognize the main card instead of the apu?
