Any specialist on Tray problems with a Laseractive cld-a10..

hello hello.. ouch finally.. i found a second laseractive to save the
first one (the psu had burned due to a break on the psu unit !), these
laseractive systems seem very very very ?!... fragile ! the second one
too is broken !! not the psu this time, but too on the tray system, it
can't open, cant load any laser or cd. there's weird noise on a motor
which seems blocked and forcing. but even manually there are still
problems no way to guide the laserdiscs so that the laser unit would block
and start it. it's a real puzzle inside, more than a normal pioneer
lasersystem i guess ! (i have a 2950)

does anyone have clues on these problems ? or a tutorial ^^ ? (i dream a
lot i think) thanks for any hint !
