hi guys i am having a 450 watt dc output computer and iam planning to buy a graphic card so iam planing to buy this graphic card Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7870 HDMI OC Edition 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card but its power supply required is 500 watt so i want to know will it work on my computer

You should probably get a new 600w PSU, as that card is a OC Edition.

Depends on the brand and model of your current power supply unit. If you could tell us the model, we could give you an exact answer.

@Sumukh: 600w for an HD 7870 is totally unreasonable. A decent 450 watt unit can easily drive it.

Alternatively, GTX660 is a very low power card. If you go with a Radeon, I'd avoid Sapphire - I've had a number of bad experiences with them.
