Computer won't boot (blank screen).
No beep(s) when RAM removed.
In this condition, can I take clean and reseat all components continuously until it's booting ?

If your getting zero Error beeps or codes with removing the ram I doubt that "reseating" any or all of the components will do anything. Something is either not plugged in properly or dead on arrival. Typically your mobo is going to give you 3 short beeps when no ram is in to inform you of a ram error. Your getting no indications of anything. So go through he list. Make sure all power connections are done properly, Make sure standoffs are installed properly. Etc

Yes, some computer can be fixed with it, cleaning whole system and reseating all components or it can be fixed by it self.
This is weird, right?
I just want to be sure.
