PSU Watt usage

Hello people,
I am building my own gaming desktop soon with the below specs:
-Intel® Core™ i5-3570K (Processor)
-ASUS HD7850-DC2-2GD5-V2 2GB (Graphics card)
-ASUS P8Z77-M (Motherboard)
-Kingston 2x4gb ram
-1TB HDD


How much psu watts would it be recommended for this (Including overclocking) ?

Also what's the best psu brand? I was thinking of getting a Coolermaster one (The GX series).

NEVER get a coolermaster PSU. Stick with Antec, XFX, Seasonic, Corsair.

A 500w-600w will be more than enough.
